Is lifting weights a high risk with atrial fibrillation? - is lifting weights a high risk with atrial fibrillation

I am a 43 years experience and several years of weightlifting as a hobby and looks good. Recently I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. Should I stop lifting weights, now I am in treatment for this condition?

Talk with your cardiologist. I suspect they are on digoxin? Although you do not stress the heart, stay in rhythm. But stress is different things to different souls. I lift weights with no problem as long dig my level. If it is too low could go on FAS bend a little to get something. It depends on what your heart and you can take if you get a sinus rhythm by drugs. Everyone is different and the heart of everything the world has another point of tension.

Jumping on a lie every time they eat too much, and you get a full stomach, or filled with gas. If the gas and my stomach is eating more than I go for a lie.
You should consult your cardiologist what he / she thinks
I'm not crazy, I am a nurse and had heart problems for several years.

First, it has been placed on all medicines for A-Fib? In general, drug digoxin, which slows and strengthens the heart. If you are on Coumadin (a drug that dilutes the "blood" which can not develop), blood clots. Do you understand what it is A-Fib? Basically, the heart of the upper chambers quiver and the blood pumped type fleet by some of these led to the development of a blood clot. What do you tell your cardiologist about your condition is not uncommon to have heart palpitations for people. Caffeine can cause the stress. The best advice, ask your cardiologist! In the meantime, avoid lifting heavy objects. They are young, so maybe good, but there are other factors involved? Pressure Hypertension, diabetes?

I want to see his cardiologist. If you see FIB constant (like the whole time) or ongoing medical treatment (and had a lie in a time of transition to a "normal")? If your blood pressure within normal limits, not easy (especially when standing or when lifting weights) thoughts (such as RN UCC) that would be good.
Make sure 1) Ask your cardiologist and 2) Stop when you are dizzy or drowsy.

I also have atrial fibrillation. I lift weights, but very slightly. I do not know if I said it, but atrial fibrillation can you pass a clot, and then you have a real problem. Ask your cardiologist if you do not .... get a.
